Training Points

We all train, but as an incentive to those coming through and looking for the social benefits of running with our training groups, points are awarded for sessions attended. These are either with the LiRFs on our Tuesday and Thursday sessions commencing 630 at the indoor track or with Senior coaches the main Harriers pathways. 1 point per session, 5 for 3 or more, 10 points for 6 or more.
