To use this theme, you’ll need Wallpaper Engine! It's usually about $3-5 on Steam. Then, subscribe to the wallpaper on the Steam Community Workshop.

It should now show up in your installed wallpapers on Wallpaper Engine. Hit OK and now you have it :)
