Saratoga High Science Olympiad
Science Olympiad is a national science competition run in a track and field event style. Groups of 2 or 3 will work throughout the year to study, prepare labs, or create a build to be tested. Competitions mostly run in the second semester, with invitationals in January and February and our regional competition around March 20th.Â
Our Goals:
To foster lifelong learning and love of science by providing club members with opportunities to develop interest, be engaged, and explore various STEM topics.
To build a strong school team by encouraging and preparing members to participate in and to excel in competition.
To develop confident student leadership by promoting and practicing self-learning, teamwork, and hands-on research skills.
