- Big Board Raffle Numbers cannot be called until all Side Board Raffles are sold.

- Raffle winners for 50/50, Tuition, and Sacred Heartopoly will be announced following the Live Auction.

Silent Auction Tables closing Items 1 - 10 close at 9:45pm

Items 11 - 20 close at 9:50pm

Items 21 - 30 close at 9:55pm

Dancing with DJ Ben 10:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Ticketing information: Tickets can be reserved online (see info below) starting January 1, 2019. Tickets reserved online (once payment has been received) will be distributed at the school from 3:00 p.m. - 3:20 p.m., Monday through Wednesday from March 4th - March 20th or may be picked up at the door the night of the event by 6:20 p.m. Tickets will be available for purchase after Masses starting the weekend of January 12, 2019. 150 tickets are available for the Reverse Raffle. A ticket is considered purchased when a complete payment ($100 or $125) has been received, ticketing information form has been completed and recorded by the Reverse Raffle Chairpersons. Sacred Heart School PTO, Sacred Heart of Jesus School or the Sacred Heart of Jesus Parish are not responsible for lost or stolen reverse raffle tickets.

Prices Single Ticket price $100.00 for dinner, drinks and reverse raffle ticket

Couple Ticket price $125.00 for 2 dinners, drinks and 1 reverse raffle ticket

(Payment in the form of cash or check and made to Sacred Heart School PTO will be accepted for ticket purchase.)
