As part of our Corporate Consultancy Services related to Incorporation of Companies, winding up and representation before the Registrar of Companies, e-filing of Annual returns and other documents.

Specialised Key Services:

A.: Ministry of Company Affairs

1. Obtaining approval for Name and Registration of the Company from Registrar of Companies.
2. Timely preparation/e-filing of forms and other necessary documents for the appointment of Directors/ Change of Name/ Change of Address, etc with the Authorities.
3. Timely preparation & e-filing of Annual Returns.
4. Obtaining approvals for Public Issue of Companies and other statutory obligations from Registrar of Companies
5. Representation on behalf of the clients regarding queries by Registrar of Companies.
6. Obtaining Directors Identification Number (DIN) for the directors of the Company.
7. Obtaining Digital signatures for the signatory of the Company.

B.: Secretarial Services

1. Advising and assisting Companies in maintaining all records as per Companies Act,1956.
2. Drafting of Memorandum and Articles of Association.
3. Helping Companies in conducting Annual General Meeting/ Extra General Meeting/Board meetings.
4. Drafting of Board and General Meeting minutes for the clients.
5. Maintaining statutory register as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
6. Any other consulting on the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
7. Compliances related to listed companies as per the Listing agreement.

C.: Complying with Stock Exchange & SEBI Formalities.

1. Ensuring compliance of various formalities of SEBI/Stock Exchanges.
2. Timely preparation & filing of various records. e.g. Quarterly returns and Annual returns as per the provisions of SEBI and Listing Agreement.
