· Supervising the agencies like Security, Housing Keeping, Gardner staff etc. appointed by the Society.
· Maintenance of the attendance Register, allotment of work to various staff mentioned above, ensuring that the staff carry out their duties to the satisfaction of the Society Management and further, to the satisfaction of the society as a whole.
· Keeping a checklist for the work done by the various staff, in particular the cleaning staff (House Keeping) and the security.
· Functioning of lifts, electrical points, pumps, generator, swimming pool, gym equipment’s etc.
· Attending to Members grievances and ensuring that they are resolved in time frame with no escalations to Committee Members.
· Keeping the Managing Committee of various Statutory requirements to be met and ensuring proper and timely updation of Statutory Registers.
· Maintaining Inward and Outward Registers, ensuring that correspondences are attended and brought to notice of Committee Members.
· Ensuring proper filing of Society documents and Members respective files with proper tags.
· Ensuring timely payments of statutory bills like Municipal taxes, Water Charges, Electricity.
· Liaison work with Office of Registrar, Municipal Offices, Electrical Service providers etc.
