The show notes template includes eight tasks:
Each numbered task includes bulleted elements to complete. You develop your show notes by completing as many elements of each task as you can. Though you can complete the tasks sequentially, feel free to complete them in any order that helps you.

It all starts with the guest! Tasks 1, 2, and 3 establish who you want to interview, why you want to interview the person, and the questions you want to ask. Task 4 focuses on promotional messages to include in an episode. Task 5 allows you to sequence the questions and promotional messages. You summarize the interview in task 6 and write your outro message in task 7. In task 8, you fill in episode information including the date, time, episode number, title, and description.
