The problem

IADT students have no access to showers on the campus. The lack of shower facilities in the college directly affects all the students who walk, cycle and play sports in the college. Students are expected to pay €3,000 a year in fees for substandard facilities. IADT Dun Laoghaire is one of the last University or Institute in Ireland that does't have shower facilities available to students. There is a complete lack of funding for sports facilities or gym in this college and it needs to change, having access to showers for students isnt a big ask.
