I completed my Master of Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Mithibai College, Mumbai (2021). My 6 years of impactful end-to-end Mixed Methods UX Research and extensive academic research, Knowledge of psychology and human behavior have led to my intense understanding of UX Research. Adding to it, I had collaboratively constructed a psychological tool and conducted workshops with leadership.
I am passionate about creating intuitive, inclusive and impactful experiences by unlocking user insights while being a strategic thinker and skilled storyteller who translates complex user needs into actionable recommendations. I am also adept at stakeholder management and solving complex problems to deliver measurable business and user outcomes and committed to leveraging design thinking and research to drive innovation and meaningful impact.
My area of interest lies in building products from the 0-1 Phase and also improving the user experience of an existing product and I believe that we can achieve this by starting to think about the users.
I believe that asking the right questions leads us to the right outcomes & follow the same approach in my work. As a UX researcher, instead of making the best guess based on my own subjective experience, I design a research strategy that empowers me to answer set questions in a data-driven way.
