With a Master's in Psychology and training in Behavioral Science, I have over 4.11+ years of experience conducting high-impact end-to-end Mixed-Methods UX Research and an additional 2+ years of extensive mixed-methods research in academia. I bring something rare to every team I join, an amalgamation of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Global Research Experience and a sharp Product Instinct. I have collaboratively shaped products from 0-1 and taken them from 1-10, reduced cart abandonment, validated navigation (Web, App), optimised onboarding flows and improved search-checkout-post-purchase experiences. I am grounded in a belief in delivering actionable clarity, not just data, empowering stakeholders to act confidently.

I have worked across GenAI SaaS, FinTech, EdTech, B2B Enterprise SaaS, eCommerce (B2B, B2C, D2C), LGBTQIA+ and Online Dating at every stage, from 0-1 discovery to post-launch optimization.
