Shoreham Oratorio Choir 1961-2025

We are mixed choir, of around 65 singers, sopranos, altos, tenors and basses.
Shoreham Oratorio is a friendly, community choir, open to all, without audition.
We all know that singing is good for our health and well- being. Come and sing with us. We have a policy of open recruitment.
Rehearsal tracks for your part are provided. If you don't "sight read" music, these tracks allow you to learn your part "by ear" and of course you have the support of your choir colleagues.
Put it in your diary now. Saturday 8th November. This is a benefit concert and all proceeds go towards the upkeep of St Mary De Haura.
Help St Marys and enjoy the wonderful Fauré Requiem with professional soloists singing the "Pie Jesu" and "Libera Me Domine"

Since the beginning, Shoreham Oratorio has been a not-for-profit organisation.
Members subs are used solely to cover the costs of our excellent professionals who ensure the weekly rehearsals are so enjoyable, and also to pay for the hire of our rehearsal premises.
Our end of term ticket prices for each concert are pitched so that the choir just breaks even.
