❓ Is the host on the property?

Yes — the host stays in a small camper on the property, tucked away in a private area. You cannot see the camper from the cottage, and your stay remains fully private. We’re simply nearby if you need anything during your visit.

❓ How do I book my stay?

You can book directly through our Booking Request Form for the best rate and no platform fees. We also accept bookings through VRBO if you prefer.

❓ What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and e‑transfer for both deposits and final payments.

❓ Is there a deposit required?

Yes — a 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

❓ What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 30 days are non‑refundable.

❓ Is there a security deposit?

Yes — a $300 refundable security deposit is required. It is returned within 48 hours of checkout, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.

❓ How private is the cottage?

Very private. The cottage, deck, and outdoor spaces are not visible from the host’s camper or any neighbouring properties. Guests consistently comment on how peaceful and secluded it feels.

Several beautiful PEI beaches are just minutes away — perfect for swimming, walking, or watching the sunset
