Summer Season (Peak Season)

$325 per night  min 3 night stay

7‑night minimum stay

$300 per night

🗓️ Booking Notes

• Weekly stays run Saturday to Saturday 

• Rates include Starlink internet, heat pumps, and all listed amenities.

• Taxes may apply depending on booking platform.

• This rate includes a cleaning fee

⭐ Policies & Payment Information 

💰 Deposit Policy

A 25% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.

📅 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund of the deposit.

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non‑refundable, as it becomes difficult to rebook the cottage on short notice.

🔒 Security Deposit

A refundable $300 security deposit is required. It will be returned within 48 hours of checkout, provided there is no damage beyond normal wear and tear.

💳 Accepted Payment Methods

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and e‑transfer for both deposits and final payments

🏕️ Host On‑Site (Very Private)

The host stays on the property in a small camper, tucked away and completely private. You won’t be seen from the cottage, but we’re close by if you need anything during your stay
