Return Policy

We accept returns under specific conditions described below.

1. Return Eligibility

A return is accepted if:

• The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect

• The product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

• Return request is made within 2 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or washed items

• Items without original packaging

• Hygiene-sensitive items (makeup, personal care, undergarments, socks, earrings)

• Clearance/discounted items unless defective

3. Return Process

2. Share photos/videos of the issue

3. Wait for approval

4. Return pickup will be arranged (if available) OR customer will ship item back

4. Return Shipping Charges

• If the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged item): We cover shipping

• If customer changes preference or ordered incorrectly: Customer pays return shipping

5. Replacement

After the return is received and inspected:

• Replacement will be shipped within 2–5 business days

• If replacement is unavailable, store credit or refund may be offered
