Welcome to ShopMath. By downloading or using ShopMath ("the App"), developed by Mian Ziaullah, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ShopMath is a business management tool that provides calculators, sales and expense tracking, inventory management, reporting, and an AI assistant (Aria) to help small business owners and freelancers manage their operations.

2. Subscriptions

ShopMath offers the following subscription tiers billed monthly through Google Play:

Subscription prices shown above are current at the time of writing. Actual pricing may vary by country, currency, taxes, promotions, or changes made through Google Play. 

A Free tier is available with limited features. Feature availability for each tier is described within the App and may be updated from time to time. Subscriptions automatically renew each month unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date through Google Play subscription settings. Refunds are subject to Google Play's standard refund policy.

3. Accuracy of Information

ShopMath provides calculators and AI-generated insights for informational purposes. While we strive for accuracy, ShopMath and its AI assistant Aria may produce errors or inaccurate suggestions. You are responsible for verifying all financial calculations, tax figures, and business decisions independently. ShopMath is not a substitute for professional accounting, legal, or tax advice.

Local data stored on your device is your responsibility. We recommend regularly using the Cloud Backup feature (available on Premium and Plus plans) to prevent data loss. We are not responsible for data loss due to device damage, loss, uninstallation, or failure to sync backups.

6. AI Assistant (Aria) Disclaimer

Aria is an AI-powered assistant that may make technical or contextual mistakes, provide incomplete information, or misinterpret requests. Action commands processed through Aria (such as adding sales, expenses, or stock updates) should be reviewed before confirming. We are not liable for operational errors resulting from AI-generated actions that you manually confirm inside the interface.

7. Intellectual Property

The ShopMath name, logo, design, and software code are the exclusive property of the developer. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or redistribute the App without explicit permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

ShopMath is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of business data, loss of revenue, or business interruption.

We are not responsible for the accuracy of invoices or receipts generated through the app, for any disputes arising between you and your customers regarding invoiced amounts, or for any legal or tax compliance issues related to your invoicing practices.

You may stop using ShopMath and uninstall the App at any time.

Paid subscriptions are managed through Google Play. You may cancel the automatic renewal of your subscription at any time through your Google Play account settings. Your subscription benefits will remain available until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the applicable Free plan unless you subscribe again.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App or specific features when necessary, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, or service improvements. Where reasonably practical, we will provide notice of significant changes.


10. Bluetooth Thermal Printing

ShopMath supports printing invoices and receipts to compatible Bluetooth ESC/POS thermal printers.

Users are responsible for ensuring their printer is compatible, powered on, paired correctly, and has sufficient paper before printing.

ShopMath is not responsible for printing issues caused by incompatible printers, hardware defects, Bluetooth connectivity problems, low battery, paper shortages, or manufacturer-specific limitations.

Printing performance may vary depending on the printer model and firmware. While ShopMath is designed to support common ESC/POS Bluetooth thermal printers, compatibility with every printer model cannot be guaranteed.



11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent modifications.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ShopMath for your personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not transfer ownership of the App or any intellectual property rights.
