A 1 month summer program at Syedanwala Higher Secondary school, Distict Qasoor (Girls and Boys Campuss) where the math circle progarm was not only dealing with the students from grade 6,7 and 8 to help them improve their problem solving skills but also had teachers training so that they can have the math circles on their own.
During the Gilgit Baltistan summer fiesta 2023, I have been selected as a Math Circle Instructor for GB Students and sent to Ghanche District, where I continuously taught for 10 days. I was the first PhD Student in LUMS who took Math Circle to my own village on 07/11/2022 completely on my own after volunteering in a lot of math circles. One of the faculty member Dr. Waqas Ali Azhar from LUMS Math Department wrote a BLOG ARTICLE on that. There are two government schools in my village Chak 678 GB Khair Shah, Tehsi; Pirmahal, District Toba Tek Singh. One, Govt. Primary School for Boys and other is Govt Middle School for Girls. I conducted 2 math circles, 1 for boys and other for girls and received a tremendous response.
Every Bi-weekly, LUMS Math Department conduct a math circle at LUMS. I volunteered in almost all of them in which I assist the instructors and manage the students and help them to do the worksheets.
