About Me
My name is Shiyu Yang and I am an Assistant Professor of I/O Psychology at San Francisco State University. I'm interested in studying how individuals behave (creativity, ethics), thrive (leadership), and suffer (feeling objectified) in organizational life, particularly in the changing cultural landscape of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI). I am always passionate about studying and addressing interdisciplinary problems with different methodologies. Please reach out to me if you are interested.
