The People in Organizations Lab studies how individuals behave (creativity, ethics), thrive (leadership), and suffer (feeling objectified) in organizational life, in the changing cultural landscape of diversity and inclusion. We initiate research that will make tangible contributions to science, the academic community, and society. You will be helping us carry out these goals.
