As a senior-year psychology undergrad preparing for grad school applications, particularly for the I/O program at SF State, I'm excited to be a part of this lab. My interest in the dynamics of people in organizations stems from observing the impact of gender differences, which has sparked a curiosity to understand these dynamics more deeply. I'm also keen to explore how emerging technologies, such as AI, are reshaping the workforce. Professor Yang's motivational psychology class further fueled my desire to join this lab, and I'm particularly interested in researching disparities related to race, culture, and sexual orientation within organizations. I'm eager to learn about regression analysis, data analysis, and any other skills that will support my research endeavors.
