Revive Fix (“Revive Fix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered old photo restoration, image enhancement, scratch removal, blur repair, denoise, colorization, stain removal, fade repair, face enhancement, and Magic Fix tools through the mobile application.
This Privacy Policy explains what information may be processed when you use Revive Fix, how uploaded photos and prompts are handled, why certain data may be transmitted to AI processing providers, and the choices available to you.

Revive Fix is designed to help users restore, repair, enhance, and improve old or damaged photos using AI-powered tools.
You can use the app to upload a photo, select one or more restoration options, enter an optional prompt, and receive a restored result. Revive Fix does not require users to create an account for core functionality unless otherwise stated inside the app.
We only process information needed to provide the app’s features, maintain service reliability, prevent misuse, and improve app performance.
When you use Revive Fix, we may process information you voluntarily provide through the app, including:
Photos you upload for restoration or enhancement
Optional text prompts you enter
Selected restoration tools, such as Remove Scratch, Fix Blur, Colorize, Denoise, Face Enhance, Remove Fade, Stain Remover, Fix Lighting, Upscale Image, or Magic Fix
Restored images generated through the app
Limited technical and operational data required for app performance, security, reliability, and crash diagnostics
We do not require users to submit personal information such as name, email address, or account details to use the core restoration features unless such information is separately requested for support, purchases, or account-related functionality.
Revive Fix processes uploaded photos only to perform the restoration action requested by the user.
Depending on the feature selected, your uploaded image may be processed to:

Remove scratches, cracks, marks, or stains
Fix blur and improve clarity

Your photos are not used for advertising, identity matching, biometric profiling, or unrelated purposes.
Some old photos uploaded to Revive Fix may contain visible faces. When you use features such as Face Enhance, Magic Fix, Colorize, Restore Fade, or general photo restoration, the app may process facial features visible in the uploaded image only to improve the restored result.
Collection:
We may process face-related visual information only when you voluntarily upload a photo that contains a face.
Purpose:
Face-related visual information is used only to restore or enhance the photo you submitted, such as improving facial clarity, repairing blur, restoring faded details, or colorizing the image.
No Facial Recognition:
Revive Fix does not use facial recognition, does not identify who you are, does not verify identity, and does not create biometric identity profiles.
No Advertising Use:
Face-related visual information is not used for advertising, user profiling, tracking, identity matching, or any unrelated purpose.
Retention:
Uploaded source photos and any face-related visual information are stored only for the time required to process your restoration request. After processing, uploaded source images are deleted from our active systems. In limited cases, temporary encrypted cache, backup, or failed-job recovery systems may retain processing data for up to 72 hours for reliability, security, fraud prevention, or technical recovery, after which it is automatically removed.
Generated restored images may be temporarily stored on secure servers for delivery, download, or in-app history. If not downloaded or saved, generated files may be automatically deleted within 2 days.
When you use AI-powered restoration features, Revive Fix may securely transmit the minimum required data to complete your requested action, including:
The photo you upload
Optional prompt text entered by you
Selected restoration options or tool settings
Processing metadata required to complete the request, such as task status, image format, or generation parameters
Limited technical metadata needed for security, reliability, abuse prevention, and delivery of the restored result
This information is sent only when necessary to provide the restoration feature you selected.
To power AI photo restoration and enhancement features, Revive Fix may use trusted third-party AI infrastructure providers.
These providers may include services such as:
OpenAI
Google AI / Nano Banana
SeeDream / ByteDance AI services
Flux or similar AI image processing providers
Your uploaded image, prompt, selected tools, and required processing data may be securely transmitted to these providers only when you choose to use an AI-powered restoration feature.
We share only the minimum information needed to generate your requested restored image. Third-party providers process submitted data according to their own privacy policies, security practices, and service terms.
Revive Fix does not sell your uploaded photos, prompts, restored images, or personal data.
We process information for limited purposes, including:
Providing AI photo restoration features
Repairing scratches, blur, noise, stains, faded details, and image damage
Colorizing black-and-white photos
Enhancing image quality and visible facial details
Applying Magic Fix using multiple selected tools
Returning restored results to the user
Saving or displaying restored image history where available
Maintaining app stability, speed, security, and reliability
Preventing abuse, fraud, or misuse of the service
Responding to support requests
Complying with legal obligations where required
Users initiate AI processing by voluntarily:
Uploading or selecting a photo
Choosing one or more restoration tools
Entering an optional prompt
Tapping a button such as Restore, Fix, Enhance, Generate, or Magic Fix
This action indicates your request and consent for Revive Fix to process the submitted content for the selected feature.
You remain in control of what photos and prompts you choose to submit.
Depending on app functionality, restored content may be:
Stored locally on your device
Temporarily stored on secure servers for processing and delivery
Saved in in-app history so you can revisit previous restorations
Cached temporarily for thumbnails, previews, or job recovery
Temporary server storage may be used to complete restoration requests, queue jobs, deliver results, or recover failed processing tasks.
If you delete restored content from the app, local history may be removed from your device, subject to app functionality and platform behavior.
Revive Fix may store certain information locally on your device, such as:
Restored photo history
Recent prompts, if supported
App preferences
Cached thumbnails or previews
Tool selections or restoration settings
You may manage local data by:
Deleting individual restored images
Clearing app history, if available
Removing saved photos from your device
Deleting the app from your device

If a subscription management provider is used, limited purchase-related data may be processed to validate access and maintain subscription status.

We do not use uploaded photos or restored images for advertising.

However, no digital system can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive, confidential, or legally restricted images.
Revive Fix is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by their jurisdiction and platform rules.
If you are under the required age, you should use the app only with permission from a parent or legal guardian where applicable.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable laws.
