DreamPixel (“DreamPixel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides AI-powered image generation and image transformation features within the mobile application. This Privacy Policy explains how information is processed when you use the app, what data may be transmitted, why it is used, and the choices available to you.

DreamPixel is designed to help users create artwork from text prompts and transform photos into artistic styles using AI-powered tools.
To provide these features, certain information that you voluntarily submit through the app may need to be processed securely.
DreamPixel does not require users to create an account for core functionality unless otherwise stated inside the app.
When you use DreamPixel, we may process information you actively provide through the app. This may include:
Text prompts you enter
Images you upload for transformation or editing
Selected art styles, filters, or generation settings
Generated outputs created through the app
Limited technical and operational data required to maintain app performance, security, and reliability
We only process information necessary to operate the app’s features.
Collection: We collect face data only when you voluntarily upload a photo in Image to Art mode. “Face data” refers to facial features visible in the uploaded image that are necessary to transform your photo into AI-generated artwork. We do not use facial recognition, identify who you are, or create biometric identity profiles.
Usage: Face data is used solely to process your request and generate the artistic image you asked for. It is never used for advertising, profiling, identity matching, or any unrelated purpose.
Retention: Your uploaded photo and any associated face data are stored only for the time required to process the image generation request. After processing, the uploaded source image is automatically deleted from our systems. In limited cases, temporary encrypted cache or backup systems may retain processing data for up to 72 hours for reliability, fraud prevention, or failed-job recovery, after which it is automatically removed.
Generated artwork may be temporarily stored on our secure servers until you download it. If not downloaded, generated files are automatically deleted within 2 days.
Third-Party Sharing: For Image to Art features, your uploaded photo (which may contain face data) is securely transmitted to trusted third-party AI processing providers such as OpenAI, Flux, and Nano Banana only when you explicitly choose to use those features and submit an image.
Why We Share It: We share this data only because these providers supply the AI infrastructure required to generate your requested artwork.
Third-Party Practices: These providers are commercially required to process submitted data only for the requested generation service. They do not use your photo to identify you or build identity profiles. In limited cases, temporary encrypted cache or backup systems may retain processing data for up to 72 hours for reliability, fraud prevention, or failed-job recovery, after which it is automatically removed. By using the app, you agree to their privacy policy and data policies.
When you use AI generation features, DreamPixel may securely transmit the following data:
Text prompts entered by you
Images selected or uploaded by you
Relevant generation settings (style, ratio, strength, etc.)
Limited technical metadata required for processing requests

Tapping the Generate / Create button
This action serves as user intent to process the submitted content.
Users remain in control of what content they choose to submit.
Depending on how DreamPixel is configured, generated content may be:
Stored locally on your device
Temporarily stored on secure servers for processing and delivery
Saved in in-app history so users can revisit previous creations
Temporary server storage may be used to complete generation requests, queue jobs, or deliver results efficiently.
If you delete content from the app, local history may be removed from your device, subject to platform behavior.
DreamPixel may store certain data locally on your device, such as:
Recent prompts
Generated image history
App preferences
Cached thumbnails or previews
You may manage local data by:
Deleting individual creations
Clearing app history (if available)
Deleting the app from your device
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards intended to protect data during storage, transmission, and handling, including encrypted communication where appropriate.
However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid uploading highly sensitive personal or confidential content.
