Hello.

I am a PhD scholar in Economics in the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT Delhi), where I have recently submitted my thesis (Aug 2026). My research is situated at the intersection of gender and labour markets, feminist economics and the political economy of development. Previously, I was a Commonwealth Split-Site Scholar at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex (2024-25).

In the past, I have worked on various research projects focusing on women's work and empowerment. More recently, I worked as a Regional Lead on a World Bank study of women's labour force participation in the cooling sector in South Asia.
