Hello.

I am a PhD scholar in Economics at the Department of Humanities and Social Sciences at the Indian Institute of Technology Delhi. My research is situated at the intersection of gender, labour markets, and the political economy of development. Previously, I was a Commonwealth Split-Site Scholar at the Institute of Development Studies (IDS), University of Sussex (2024-25). 

In the past, I have worked on various research projects focusing on women's work and empowerment. More recently, I worked as a Regional Lead on a World Bank study of women's labour force participation in the cooling sector in South Asia.
