Hi! I'm Shivani. I work as a Senior Communication Lead at BCM Group, one of the leading ed-tech firms in South Korea. I am proficient in transforming mediocre ideas into impactful messages. In my opinion, no idea, no brand, no story is too dull or too interesting - it's the presentation that decides! My goal is to empower others to continuously strive for the best through the magic of words.

I work closely with the Chairman of our organization, specializing in C-suite communication and strategy, as well as overseeing internal and external communication, brand strategy, and media relations.

Starting my journey as a creative writer, I quickly earned a promotion to a senior position assisting our Chairman, within just 18 months. My ability to craft compelling narratives and communicate complex concepts in a clear and engaging manner sets me apart from others. I have successfully deployed the principles of "Neuro-marketing" (or "brain science - understanding brain psychology to craft compelling content" ) in my current role to create content that resonates with diverse audiences.

I have deep curiosity for technology (FYI, I learned programming languages, C, C++ and Java in middle school.) and immense passion for writing, blending both to bring a unique and valuable perspective to the table. I am also passionate for design, and can transform words to design and vice versa with minimal efforts.

My biggest strengths are empathy, emotional intelligence, and my ability to build strong relationships and work with people of all age groups, and diversity. (On a very side note, I also started teaching Business English to many corporate CEOs in South Korea at the age of 21.)

Away from the professional arena, my interests in reading and discovering new things fuel my continuous quest for knowledge and innovation on an everyday basis. 

My goal, both personally and professionally, is to make things better (never leave as is) and make an impact. In one line, I define myself as a storyteller who understands the power of words in driving success in all spheres.
