Developed a complete end-to-end marketing plan for a proposed new Lululemon product. Created the SWOT analysis, SBU analysis, segmentation strategy, positioning statement, SMART goals, KPIs, executive summary, financial projections, and evaluation/control plan. Led the group presentation as the appointed team leader.
Completed a full financial breakdown of Ford, including analysis of income statements, balance sheets, cash flows, and operational leverage (DOL). Linked financial insights to company performance, risk, and future outlook. Work supported by detailed Excel modelling.
