Added the EN to Dutch dictionary to the Project Files tab.

Added the Info/About me tab, it has a list of software I use(d) for editing and mixing, the About me section on the homepage has also been moved there!

Website has been updated to make file downloads easier, with the main change being the Project Files tab no longer being a category with a separate page for every file. Download buttons now download the file on click, instead of being a link to the Google Drive file. Oh, the colors are also prettier. :3
