These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Ship Tracker mobile application and related services ("Ship Tracker", the "App", "we", "us", or "our"). Ship Tracker is operated by Appmerge.
By using Ship Tracker, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Ship Tracker is distributed through the Apple App Store. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable App Store terms and the Apple Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), unless a separate license applies. These Terms supplement Apple's terms and do not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
Ship Tracker provides vessel search, map-based vessel visibility, vessel details, saved fleet/watchlist tools, port information, maritime intelligence, NAVTEX information, and related maritime context.
Some features require an active premium subscription.
Ship Tracker is provided for general informational purposes only.
You must not rely on Ship Tracker for navigation, collision avoidance, emergency response, safety-of-life decisions, commercial vessel operations, regulatory compliance, or any other mission-critical maritime activity.
Vessel positions, routes, port information, NAVTEX messages, maritime infrastructure, alerts, timestamps, and related information may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, unavailable, cached, or affected by third-party data sources, network conditions, and API limitations.
You are solely responsible for using official charts, notices, navigation systems, professional judgment, and legally required maritime tools.
Ship Tracker offers auto-renewable premium subscriptions through the Apple App Store. Available subscription options may include weekly and yearly plans.
Prices, billing periods, renewal terms, taxes, and local currency display are shown in the App before purchase and are handled by Apple.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, or as otherwise described by Apple. Your Apple account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple account settings. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
Refund requests and billing issues are handled by Apple according to Apple's policies.
Premium access may unlock features such as nearby live vessels, saved fleet/watchlist tools, vessel save actions, port intelligence, maritime intelligence, and other premium functionality shown in the App.
We may add, remove, modify, rename, or limit features as the App evolves, including when third-party data sources, APIs, or platform requirements change.
You agree not to:
Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, or unsafe activity.
Use the App as a substitute for official navigation, emergency, safety, or regulatory systems.
Attempt to scrape, copy, harvest, resell, or redistribute app data at scale.
Reverse engineer, modify, interfere with, or disrupt the App, backend, subscription systems, or APIs.
Bypass paywalls, rate limits, security controls, entitlement checks, or access restrictions.
Use automated systems to overload or abuse the App or backend service.
Violate the rights of Appmerge, Apple, data providers, service providers, or any third party.
Ship Tracker depends on third-party services and data providers, including Apple platform services, Apple MapKit, App Store billing, AppActor, backend infrastructure, and maritime data APIs.
We do not control all third-party services or data sources. Third-party services may change, fail, become unavailable, restrict access, impose limits, or provide inaccurate or delayed information.
Your use of third-party services may also be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The App, design, software, branding, text, graphics, interfaces, and related materials are owned by Appmerge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use Ship Tracker for your own lawful use in accordance with these Terms and Apple's applicable terms.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or create derivative works from Ship Tracker except as permitted by law.
Your use of Ship Tracker is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and share information.
We may modify, suspend, limit, or discontinue all or part of Ship Tracker at any time. We may also update the App to fix issues, improve performance, add features, remove features, or comply with platform, legal, subscription, API, or data-provider requirements.
We do not guarantee that Ship Tracker will always be available, error-free, uninterrupted, accurate, or compatible with every device, operating system, network, region, or third-party service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ship Tracker is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, non-infringement, and reliability, to the extent permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appmerge and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for losses arising from inaccurate maritime data, delayed vessel positions, service interruptions, subscription issues, third-party services, or your reliance on the App for navigation or safety-critical purposes.
Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, our liability will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate access to Ship Tracker if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, attempt to bypass restrictions, create security risk, or use the App unlawfully.
You may stop using the App at any time. Stopping use or deleting the App does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and may provide additional notice where required. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
