Friends of Young America
The purpose of this organization is to maintain and operate the historic 1951 USCG 40’ Utility Boat #40450, aka. Young America, and other corporate owned boats as needed to charitably support Sea Scouts BSA (Boy Scouts of America, Inc.) youth marine education program, community service, and environmental education events under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
