1. How long is the storage period of paos?
The paos can refrigerated for 6-7 days and frozen for around 30 days.
Daily orders are made in the same amount without added preservatives and artificial chemicals!
The recommended best time to serve is within 7 days.
2. What are the paos reheat methods?
Electric cooker: Pour about half a cup of water into the outer measuring cup. After the electric cooker switch automatically jumps, suffocate it for about 2 minutes.
Cooking pot: about 1/3 of the water in the pot, steam over medium heat for about 8 minutes, and then simmer for about 1 minute with low heat.
Microwave oven: Cover a bun with a clean, damp cloth, or put a half cup of water beside it, microwave it for about 1-2 minutes.
3. Precautions when cooking?
(3.1) For frozen paos is recommended to freeze or defrost before reheat (just refrigerate it the night before)
(3.2) Do not leave steamed paos in the pot for too long, is to avoid the hardening of the bottom of the buns due to the lack of moisture, which will affect the taste! If you cannot finish it in one time, keep it in the pot to keep it warm. Remember to check if there is still water in the pot.
(3.3) After reheat the paos, it is recommended to eat it a little cooler, and the dough will be more fluffy and chewy!
