Dr. A. S. Syed Navaz is an educator, academic strategist and FinTech advisor with 17+ years of professional experience spanning higher education, technology, research and entrepreneurship.
With a background in Computer Science, his professional interests encompass FinTech, Blockchain, Networking, Data Mining, Image Processing, emerging technologies, academic development and innovation. He has contributed to international research through 30+ peer-reviewed publications, along with books, academic initiatives and research-development activities.
His professional experience includes academic leadership, research, editorial responsibilities, training, mentoring and entrepreneurship, complemented by active participation in academic and professional associations, conferences, workshops and training programmes.
As an author and poet, he has published Computer Hardware and Networking, A to Z Computer Dictionary, மிச்சமிருக்கும் நிமிடம் and அப்பா — நம்பிக்கையின் வழிகாட்டி.

As Executive Director of Shine & Inspire Academy, she contributes to the Academy's strategic initiatives in education, skill development, mentoring and professional development.
She is also the founder of Zaara Collections, reflecting her entrepreneurial interests and experience in business.
Her professional interests extend to entrepreneurship mentoring, training and financial planning. An active participant in professional and educational associations, she continues to develop her knowledge through learning, mentoring and professional engagement.
