🚗 Travel Policy: Shine by Ashley offers mobile detailing services within a 10-mile radius of Portage, MI at no additional cost. For locations beyond that, a $20 travel and fuel fee applies.
⏰ Same-Day Appointment Policy: Shine by Ashley is unable to accommodate same-day appointments unless the vehicle is dropped off and the weather is clear. A $20 fee will be added to cover expedited service. This ensures your car gets the care it deserves without compromising quality.

Please clear out all personal items before service begins.
For wheels with excessive grease or staining: while I’ll always give it my best effort, absolute removal cannot be guaranteed.
Bug residue—especially when hardened or embedded—may not come off completely, but I’ll do my best to reduce its appearance.
Pet Hair Removal: I’ll always do my best to remove pet hair, but depending on the condition and severity, full removal may not be possible in one session. Multiple cleanings may be recommended for heavily embedded hair.
