What services do you offer—and what’s included? 

I offer Interior, Exterior, and Full-Service Detailing. Each service includes a free scent tree and personalized care. You can view full service details here or by clicking the “Services” tab above. 

Do you clean engines, remove stains, or offer buffing? 

I focus on honest, consistent work using simple tools. I do not offer buffing, deep stain removal, vent cleaning, or engine detailing at this time. 

What should I do to prepare my car for detailing? 

Please remove personal belongings from the vehicle before your appointment. This includes bags, valuables, car seats, and trash. Shine by Ashley is not responsible for damage to items left inside during service. 

Do you use specialty or store-bought products? 

I use hand-selected store-bought products chosen for safety and shine—no gimmicks, just trusted results. 

Do you use professional detailing products? 

How do I book a service? 

You can text me directly or visit my booking page to request your service. I’ll review your request personally to confirm the appointment and customize your care! 

What if I need to cancel or reschedule? 

No problem—just text me at (269) 569-9084 at least 2 hours before your appointment. No-call, no-show bookings may result in a 50% fee of original booked service.
