・When publishing work or social media posts using my files, you MUST credit me AND whoever else is involved in that file's creation in the description. No half-assing by crediting only me or the other person. You must ALSO credit the original producer of that song. (Mentioning it in the video only won't do, either.)

・Redistribution of my files is prohibited. Redistributed edits are prohibited.

・Commercial use is forbidden. Permission is required for doujinshi/fanmade work. Parody work using my files is prohibited.

・Use of my files in media featuring hate speech or in any form to attack others/harm others is prohibited.

・Do not use for political or religious content (common religious carols are OK).

・Use of my files with any unauthorized RVC or SVC-made UTAU voicebank or any kind of voice changer is prohibited. Jinriki and Vocoflex is OK.

・Using my files in a cover that re-uses the original vocalist is prohibited. It's ONLY OK if the cover is changed language, arranged, or a the voice is on a different synth. 

・It is not necessary to ping me when using my files. 

・If you plug and play a tuned file, you must credit me for the tuning EVEN if you edited it at all, used tuning as a base or reference, borrowed tracks from said file, reset the tuning (for whatever reason?) or altered the file in any other way.

・Don't use my files if you're an AI bro or whatever.

・Use of my files for R-18 or suggestive songs with a character who is under 18 or minor coded is prohibited. Aging them up is also not allowed...don't piss me off. No shotacon or lolicon bullshit either.

・Use of my files for coupling is OK. Age gap ships like negitoro (miku x luka), bananaice (kaito x len), etc is not allowed and aging them up/changing the characters so it's "technically not [x pairing]" is also not allowed.

・Blacklisted voicebanks: Ritsu Namine (UTAU), Tsubame Utanomiyatsuko (UTAU), CASE (UTAU), Tatsu Genki (UTAU), Karasu Akabane (UTAU), any generally sus or controversial UTAU, All Gemvox vocalists, Ui (CeVIO), Clara (Vocaloid). I do not want any of my project files associated with any of these voicebanks.
