"Do not use gender flags on my voicebanks." = I'm genderqueer and experience gender dysphoria which extends to my voice. This has developed differently over the time I have produced my voicebanks! I have coped with it by respecting and "accepting" my voice as it is in its purest form... which means I don't want it altered in any shape. Also it will sound Really Ugly to me and just really annoy me more than anything tbh

"Coupling and shipping is allowed as long as it aligns with that character's orientation. Do not ship Kurenai (including derivatives) Nabika, or Kugi with each other. If you are under 20, do not ship my characters with yours." = I'm Getting Older So This Makes Me Uncomfortable

"Do not use my voicebanks for crosslingual (like using a JP voicebank for english songs, using a KR voicebank for japanese songs, etc. If it has a few words of english, it's OK)" = The one that triggered randos the most by people accusing me of being xenophobic! Contrary to what you may think, this is purely for my own respect towards whatever language I recorded. If I record a Chinese voicebank, I want it to be used solely for Chinese since that's what the voicebank's intention was. When I do voicebanks in other languages, I try to also mimic their accent so it doesn't feel like a stank ass gaijin voicebank. So it would feel very gross on my part to have my Japanese voicebank be used for something outside of Japanese ...especially when I could just go record it? And not have my imitation Japanese accent on a language that it's not meant for even if it's neutral enough for that. TLDR it's a respect thing and I don't create my voicebanks to be multilingual on their own. Don't like don't use i'm not losing sleep over it just don't be a fucking bitch about it like yall were before

"Blacklisted voicebanks: CASE (UTAU), Tatsu Genki (UTAU), any generally sus or controversial vocal synth (ask if you're not sure), Clara (Vocaloid). I do not want any of my UTAU associated with any of these voicebanks." = CASEloid and Near can just go to hell. Tatsu Genki because I used to be heavily associated with the voicebank but I immediately broke ties after the creator ended up being a lgbtphobic cunt which I don't tolerate anyone like that. Clara because I dislike her as a voicebank. 

"Use of my files with any unauthorized RVC or SVC-made UTAU voicebank or any kind of voice changer is prohibited. Jinriki and Vocoflex is OK." = it's exactly what it says! do not use my shit with an unauthorized unethical vb. if its not consented in a TOS or permissions from the creator then i dont fuck with that

"Using my files in a cover that re-uses the original vocalist is prohibited. It's ONLY OK if the cover is changed language, arranged, or a the voice is on a different synth." = This is more of a nitpick tbh I don't personally want to be apart of something that is an attempt to recreate a song from someone's hubris so just make your own shit if you wanna do that just leave my midis out of it. im sure it will sound very good i just dont care to be creating for that. if it's a deco case where he just straight up uses miku instead of gumi for his remasters go crazy this kind of situation is excluded

"Use of my files for R-18 or suggestive songs with a character who is under 18 or minor coded is prohibited. Aging them up is also not allowed...don't piss me off. No shotacon or lolicon bullshit either." = I don't trust aging up being done in good faith 75% of the time because it's always used for lewd shit which I dont want to be apart of. u could be doing something better like Una Otomachi Gets An Office Job or something. maybe ask about this since it's situational and i will see what i can do + my opinions have JUST ONLY SLIGHTLY changed since writing this

"Parody work using my files is prohibited." = i would love to NOT be apart of another Impale or something like floptok adjacent thanks...
