These are one-take recordings on a ten-string classical guitar in Yepes tuning, presented in their natural form without editing. They are modest sketches, captured with the internal microphone of a MacBook Pro or an iPhone, intended simply to convey the unique resonance, phrasing, and extended register of this rare instrument. While the first four tracks are interpretations of the classical repertoire, the final piece is a free-form reflection that explores the instrument's resonance in its natural state.
