These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ShiftMate ("App", "Service", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading or using ShiftMate, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

ShiftMate is a time tracking, earnings calculation, invoicing, productivity, and work management application for shift and hourly workers.

The App is provided for informational and productivity purposes only.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to enter into binding agreements in your jurisdiction to use the App.

3. User Data

You are solely responsible for the information entered into the App, including:

• Shifts

• Earnings

• Pay rates

• Tax estimates

• Invoices

• Notes

• Clients

• Projects

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.

4. Earnings and Tax Calculations

ShiftMate provides estimated calculations based on information supplied by you.

We do not guarantee:

• Payroll accuracy

• Tax accuracy

• Legal compliance

• Employment compliance

Users should verify all financial information independently.

5. Invoices

Invoice generation features are provided as a convenience tool.

Users are responsible for ensuring invoices comply with applicable tax, accounting, employment, and business regulations.

6. Subscriptions

ShiftMate offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions through the App Store.

Current subscription options include:

• Weekly Subscription

• Yearly Subscription

Subscription pricing is displayed by Apple at the time of purchase.

7. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.

Subscription management and cancellation are handled through your Apple Account settings.

8. Refunds

All purchases are processed by Apple.

Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple's refund policies.

9. Restore Purchases

Users may restore previously purchased subscriptions using the Restore Purchases feature.

10. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ShiftMate for personal or business productivity purposes.

You may not:

• Reverse engineer the App

• Copy or distribute the App

• Modify the App

• Attempt unauthorized access to any systems related to the App

except where permitted by law.

11. Availability

We strive to keep ShiftMate available and functional but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Features may be added, modified, or removed at any time.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

ShiftMate is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE."

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including:

• Merchantability

• Fitness for a particular purpose

• Accuracy

• Non-infringement

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits

• Lost earnings

• Lost data

• Business interruption

• Indirect or consequential damages

arising from the use or inability to use the App.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if these Terms are violated.

You may stop using the App at any time.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the App after updates become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the developer operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
