Terms of Use for ShieldLock Guard

Welcome to ShieldLock Guard! These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the ShieldLock Guard mobile application (the "App") operated by us.

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ShieldLock Guard is a security application designed to protect your device using motion detection, proximity sensors, and camera capture features.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

2.1 Premium Subscription

We offer a "Premium" subscription that unlocks advanced features, including but not limited to:

• Intruder Selfie capture.

• Custom Alarm Sounds.

2.2 Pricing and Billing Cycle

• Subscription Price: $1.00 USD per month (or equivalent in your local currency).

• Billing Cycle: Monthly.

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase.

2.3 Automatic Renewal

Important: Your subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the cost of $1.00 USD.

• You will not receive a refund for the current billing period if you cancel partway through. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the current billing period.

2.4 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by managing your settings on the Google Play Store. To Cancel:

1. Open the Google Play Store app.

2. Tap your profile icon at the top right.

3. Tap Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.

4. Select ShieldLock Guard.

5. Tap Cancel subscription.

Uninstalling the app does not cancel your subscription.

3. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to this collection and use.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, or impairs the service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your PIN and for restricting access to your device.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
