Event Day
Everything you need to know for the day of the sale!
For Table Renters...
Check-In:
Park in the West lot for set up (Do not park in drop-off lane)
Enter Door 12 for check-in
YOU MUST BRING a signed vendor contract and cash for tables (if not paid online)
An NHS volunteer will direct you to your assigned table space after completing check-in forms
Once at your table, you can set up your items until the sale starts
Bring your own cart to make setup quicker
Table Space:
No changes in table location will be permitted
Big Ticket Room:
If you have items in the big ticket room, there will be an additional form to fill out at check-in
You must... 1.) Price your item 2.) Describe the item's condition
An NHS volunteer will direct you to the big ticket room
For Customers...
Ticket Sale:
Doors open at 8 AM on Saturday, April 20, 2024.
There is no limit on the amount of items that can be purchased.
Admission is $3 CASH per adult (age 16+) for the first hour (8 AM to 9 AM).
After 9 AM, admission is $2 per adult. After 12 PM, admission is $1 per adult.
Bring your own bag or cart for purchased items.
Concessions will be available!
