Renovations

A permit is required from the city of Evanston for major renovations, such as redoing kitchens or bathrooms. The contractors you hire must be licensed, bonded, and insured. Please submit a certificate of insurance from your contractor to NS Management and submit the following form to the trustees before beginning your project.
