BOTH players/teams, home and away, are under an obligation to provide 3 available dates to the other player/team.
As per Rule 10.6 - If games have not been arranged 2 weeks prior to round closing date, the player(s) should ensure the secretary is contacted.
If this rule is not adhered to then one team cannot claim to have ground over another if a decision has to be made by the committee.
