PR Ceramics Christmas Cup 2017

IT was the battle of the 'juniors' as Martyn Lumby Jr took on Tony Gray Jr in the final of the PR Ceramics Christmas Cup 2017. Both had seen themselves through some scrapes with Martyn coming from 4-1 down to beat Pete Tattum 5-4 in the Last 32, whilst Tony had been 3-0 down to Ricky Worboys in the Prelims. Eventually Martyn won out though and took the final with a convincing 5-0 win. Tony took home £150 and 20 ranking points for his efforts and Martyn took £250 back to Sittingbourne.

The final of the plate was contested between Jason Gavin and Jake Lloyd with Jake taking the winnings.
