Fees: Teletherapy

Teletherapy counseling and consultation services will be provided virtually. We will conduct sessions through a HIPAA compliant resource: SonderMind

Shepard Counseling Services accepts the following medical insurance for teletheraphy services:

Aetna, Anthem, CareSource, Cigna, Kaiser, Unity, Partners Direct, Alliance Coal Health Plan, GAIROS/OccuNet, ClaimDoc, Velocity, Decent Health & Prime Health.

Schedule an Appointment

Sessions are typically 50-55 minutes long.

Flexibility and/or additional fees can be provided based on each client's individual needs.

Fees: In-Home Services

In-home counseling and consultation services are self-pay only at this time:

Household income below $30,000:

$45 per 55 minute session

Household income between $30,000–$60,000:

$65 per 55 minute session

Household income above $60,000:

$85 per 55 minute session

In-home counseling will require an additional $5 per session for traveling purposes
