Shenita is a licensed commercial and residential real estate professional in DC, MD, & VA. Her professional experience includes strong experience in several sectors of the real estate industry, including residential, property management, retail, and office. Presently, Shenita is a Realtor® with Bennett Realty Solutions in Greenbelt, Maryland. Prior to joining Shenita worked for national and global commercial and residential real estate companies. For nearly 20 years, Shenita has been working with landlords, tenants, investors, residential property owners and home buyers within the real estate industry.

Shenita earned her B.B.A with a specialization in Marketing from Marymount University, located in Arlington, Virginia. She is a Short Sale & Foreclosure Specialist and earned the SFR® Realtor® Certification. Through her experience and education, Ms. Perritt has developed a keen sense of commercial and residential expertise over the course of many years and major transitions in the economic climate.

Shenita is a native Washingtonian and enjoys the metropolitan lifestyle. When not working, Shenita enjoys spending time with her family & friends, reading, cooking and experimenting with new recipes, and traveling.
