曾聖翔現任國立政治大學教育學系副教授。從博士班時期探索科技增強語言學習，到近年聚焦生成式 AI 如何更貼近學生與教師的需求，他的研究始終回應現場的真實挑戰。近期研究貢獻：(A) 透過情境化 GenAI 回饋，揭示情感負擔如何干擾學生的回饋評估與修改決策，為 GenAI 回饋提供新的理論視角。(B) 重新定義GenAI 在說故事中的角色，建立親子、家長與GenAI 三方對話的共學模式，證實家長協作是兒童情緒能力發展的關鍵機制。
曾聖翔連續主持多年國科會研究計畫，目前執行國科會吳大猷先生紀念獎計畫，探討 AI 玩伴如何促進兒童溝通與創造力。他現任 Australasian Journal of Educational Technology（SSCI Q1）副主編，擔任 Journal of Computer Assisted Learning 與 Educational Technology & Society（均為 SSCI Q1）編輯委員，亦曾任 Educational Technology & Society（SSCI）與《數位學習科技期刊》（TSSCI）客座主編。
除研究工作之外，曾聖翔致力服務學術社群與培育人才，擔任國科會資訊教育學門 TELL SIG 召集人，協同主持史懷哲精神教育服務計畫 ，指導學生執行國科會大專生計畫，並支持在職教師專業成長，營造嚴謹、共同成長的研究文化。
Sheng-Shiang Tseng is an Associate Professor in the Department of Education at National Chengchi University, Taiwan. His research journey began with technology-enhanced language learning during his doctoral studies, and has since evolved to focus on how GenAI can better serve the needs of students and teachers in response to the real challenges of educational practice. His recent research makes two contributions: (a) revealing, through contextualized GenAI feedback, how affective burdens interfere with students' feedback evaluation and revision decisions to offer a new theoretical lens for GenAI feedback research; and (b) redefining the role of GenAI in storytelling by building a triadic parent–child–AI dialogic learning model, demonstrating that parental scaffolding is a key mechanism in children's emotion competence development.
Sheng-Shiang has led a series of research projects funded by the National Science and Technology Council (NSTC), and is currently directing a Wu Ta-You Memorial Award project exploring how GenAI as a play companion fosters children's communication and creativity. He serves as Associate Editor of the Australasian Journal of Educational Technology (SSCI Q1) and as an editorial board member of the Journal of Computer Assisted Learning and Educational Technology & Society (both SSCI Q1), and has guest-edited special issues for Educational Technology & Society (SSCI) and the International Journal on Digital Learning Technology (TSSCI).
Beyond his research, Sheng-Shiang is dedicated to serving the academic community and nurturing educational talent. He is the chair of the TELL SIG under the NSTC Information Education Division, supervises NSTC-funded undergraduate research projects, and supports in-service teachers' professional development.
