Here you will find all the political stances that Conner Shelton has made during this entire campaign.
"Despite his bid for governor, Shelton said he would support a Kansas House bill representatives heard earlier this month that would set a minimum age of 18 and Kansas residency as minimal requirements to run for governor. He said anyone 18 or older should be able to run because they can vote.
“And residency follows the same logic that if you can vote in the race you should be able to run in the race,” Shelton said.
Shelton said he didn’t think the influx of teen candidates had an adverse effect on the race.
“I think by having lax requirements on out-of-state, it’s kind of showing flaws in Kansas legislators for not trying to enforce residency,” Shelton said." - Topeka-Capital Journal, Feb. 15
"As a chemical engineering major, Shelton said he was interested in agricultural regulation, like acceptable fertilizer use “to make sure that the fertilizers are not doing more harm to the environment than they are doing good to the producers.” - Topeka-Capital Journal, Feb. 15
"He said he was also interested in improving staffing in Kansas prisons, which were rocked by multiple riots last summer." - Topeka-Capital Journal, Feb. 15
