I am a dedicated advocate for social justice and equity through education, democratic organization, and the empowerment of underrepresented individuals.  I have proven my commitment to our community and placed an emphasis on developing connections and collaborating amongst diverse groups.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE:  Jefferson County Public Schools / Teacher

Teach and adapt curriculum in English Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, Social Studies, and Culinary to diverse students in multiple settings.  Create schedules and implement systems to support student needs.  Develop goals and processes to track student progress.  Serve as a mentor for the New Teacher Program.
