LICEUL CU PROGRAM SPORTIV BOTOSANI - ROMANIA
The multiplier event The success of the sports instructor through the "SHELL" project within the Erasmus+ KA202 program – Strategic partnership project ''SHELL – Sport, Health, Education for Long Life”, 2019-1-RO01-KA202-063927, organized by the Botosani Sports High School, took place on Friday, April 15, 2022 in Botoșani.
During this event, the intellectual products obtained during the three years of implementation of the activities were presented, in collaboration with experts from the countries involved in the project: Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, Italy and Romania. The 7 products were detailed to the representatives of the competent institutions, from the country and from the Republic of Moldova, Sports Clubs and Associations, schools, NGOs, as well as representatives of other private companies, directly interested in the integration of sports instructors on the labor market.
The event was also attended by representatives of local institutions such as the Botosani City Hall, the Botosani Scholastic Inspectorate, the Botosani County Directorate for Sports and Youth, but also representatives of local and national companies that permanently support educational and sports activities. The representatives of the Botosani Chamber of Commerce and Industry - official partner of the Erasmus+ SHELL project - actively participated in the event.
The intellectual outputs are aimed directly at the future Sports Instructors, but also at the employers who can contribute to the achievement of the proposed objectives.
The SHELL project tackles an important problem and offers viable solutions to a major problem - the unemployment of the sports instructor in Europe that affects the whole of society.
FONDAZIONE GIOVANNI PAOLO II PER LO SPORT - JOHN PAUL II SPORT FOUNDATION - ITALY
The Foundation was in Rome on October 20th at the I.I.S. Pacinotti – Archimede school to realize the meeting "The success of the sports instructor through the S.H.E.L.L. project."
S.H.E.L.L." is a three-year project carried out by a consortium of 7 partners from 5 countries (Bulgaria, Greece, Italy, Romania and Turkey) and wants to contribute to creating a framework of equal opportunities for future graduates of sports schools in Romania, Bulgaria, Greece, Italy and Turkey, for a better integration into the world of work.
Currently the graduates of Italian Scientific High Schools with sports address, can not enter the world of sports work, as they lack the minimum requirements. The S.H.E.L.L. project aims to improve the school curriculum of high school sports students through the introduction of the course for "sports animator" and "sports entrepreneur" that will allow future graduates to enter the sports market at a basic level and have a greater knowledge of the world of work, whether they are future employees or self-employed workers.
