The goal is to improve their knowledge and create the last shape of the guidelines ,in order to instruct the future Sports instructors,the future entrepreneurs and the economic operators.
The discussions with scientific character ,the practice and the exchange of good practices, all these aim at acquiring new knowledge, abilities and competences in order to be applicable in an intercultural space, across the Europe.
The aim is the improving of the experts competences and to agree upon a common graphic and shape of the guidelines.
The third meeting of the Erasmus+ SHELL-Sports , Health Education for Long Life , No.2019-1-RO01-KA202-063927, was hosted by ATTHLIKOS OMILOS NEON ARGYROUPOLIS in Athens, Greece, between 13-15 July 2021.
The purpose of the meeting was to exchange best practices as well as document the completion of intellectual products. Experts and technicians agreed on their final forms, consulted on the contents and took part in the sports activities within the AONA club.
Volleyball, judo, basketball, athletics, visiting the sports base and discussions about the host country's current legislation have contributed to the development of the skills of teachers and coaches in partner countries.
The scientific discussions and the exchange of best practices aim to acquire new knowledge, skills and competences applicable in an intercultural space throughout Europe.
Improving the language as well as cultural skills of the participants, good collaboration and a change of vision about the activity itself are part of the intangible results of the project.

The Erasmus+ Sport, Health, Education for Long Life project, aims to create a framework for equal employment opportunities for future vocational education graduates, who will acquire the qualification of Sports Instructor, from Romania, Bulgaria, Italy, Turkey and Greece, on the premise that employment is an essential step in their integration into the community.
