I was fortunate to have Cassie on my team. During that time she not only built outstanding training content and videos, but she also raised her hand to help out with team initiatives as we were building out our team. She led a Tiger Team to investigate localization options, assisted with building the team's end to end process for developing training, and migrated us to a new platform to manage training surveys and data. Cassie has a great attitude, brings positive energy and creativity to the team, and always thinks about how to makes things better - from making our update process more agile to thinking about accessibility, and everything in between. She will be a valuable contributor to any team she joins.
I was fortunate to work with Cassie as a fellow ID at Zoom. While her top-tier skills, deep knowledge, and ability to execute at the highest level are all evident from her resume and portfolio - and are very real - what is less obvious (until the moment you meet her) is her ability to completely level-up a team or organization through a set of rare intangibles. For any team or company that values culture, inclusivity, and a spirit of creative problem-solving, you couldn't do any better than having Cassie as part of your organization. She is a unicorn in the professional world, a truly outstanding colleague, and an instant value-add to any team she is a part of.
Although we reported to different areas at Zoom, I was often in contact with the end result of Cassie's dedicated focus on learner outcomes. Her learning content was top-notch, designed to really engage learners and not waste their time. Her use of interactive elements, graphical design, and just plain common sense made her courses an a delight to go through.
Amongst my own team, I'd often hear her name brought up as someone who had a great idea and many of her ideas ended up in our processes and ways of developing training. If that doesn't tell you how her professional opinion and skill were valued -- that she had outsized influence on teams that rarely interacted with hers -- I don't know how else to convince you.
