In my role with Fourth, I set up my own project in Coda to share with my manager. The project (pictured) contains:

7 years as a classroom teacher, theatre director, team lead and retreat facilitator gave me an important understanding of what it means to be a leader.
At Zoom, I was able to lead a localization pilot project with a small team. I learned how to organize and manage documentation and communication to make it as easy as possible for the team members to access information.
"Guide on the Side" is my idea of leadership - in the classroom, behind the scenes, I have a talent for identifying the unique talents of others. It makes me an effective leader, able to:
identify individual strengths
match tasks/roles to an individual's strengths
pairing and grouping people to complement and diversify strengths
